Pricing and Rates
Our prices are always competitive, our work is
top quality. If you find a lower price for a service, if at all feasible, we'll gladly match it! Consider the time you will save by having a quality
professional perform the work right the first time.
Our Payment Terms are listed on the Job Invoice that must be signed before work is started. We accept Cash, Checks (Make Payable to After Hours Maintenance) , Money Orders, Cashiers Checks, and all major credit cards via PayPal(see below). Hourly and Daily scheduled labor payment is due upon completion of the day, or within the period of time specified on invoice. If Payment is not made within the agreed time-frame a late fee will be added to the total owed every week until paid in full.
The Late fee is 10% of the balance or $45.00 whichever is greater
Any Check issued to After Hours Maintenance, LLC. That is returned by the bank as "Insufficient Funds" will be assessed a $50.00 fee in addition to any late fees that may also occur as a result of the bad check.
When our Project Manager reviews your project with you, he or she will determine whether we can offer a *fixed price contract (generally reserved for bigger multiple day jobs $500.00 or greater) or if the project will be billed on a time and material basis.
* Larger jobs, requiring several days or more, may be quoted on a fixed price. We believe in working with our valued customers to assure their 100% satisfaction. Time:
- Hourly rate is $60 per scheduled labor hour. $480 a worker per 8 hour day. (Pre-arranged Discounted rates may be available to regular customers)
- There is a minimum of a $120 per trip charge, that covers up to the first hour. For all emergency calls where immediate service is required and cannot be scheduled the trip time to and from will be included on the invoice.
Material:
- Homeowners and Companies may provide their own materials.
- 40% markup of materials and outside services provided + all applicable shipping costs and/or sales tax.
